  Excellent Hotel. .stunning in appearance..staff most helpful and very pleasant. Rooms beautiful and clean. Food was first class and plenty of it. Amenities close by and easily accessible. We will certainly be back!!

  Great view especially from the sea facing rooms and outside the piano bar area. The cleaning could be better, they have a lot of rooms so perhaps staff is overwhelmed. Dirty pillowcase and waiting almost 2 hours for toilet paper is a bit much though. Lots of variety with the food but everything seemed to close early. The hotel is not on the beach though it's a short walk. If you have mobility concerns it might be especially difficult, there are lots of steps or a very steep path leading to the shore. The beach area is rather short and no swimming because it's very rocky. The staff however were very polite and overall it's okay.

  Entertainment may be good if your French as all the animation team speak mainly French first English usually cones 4th. One nigh in particular the was a part going on around 7.30pm as we went to go in we was told we couldn't go in as this was for the French customers only.

  Great hotel. Well designed and spacious. Lovely food. All-inclusive drinks could be better - but that's normal. Not many things included in the price - no indoor pool, most facilities are pay extra. Nice little beach 5 minutes walk.

  Just returned from 11 night at this very French hotel. I can honestly say this is the worst experience I've had in any of the canary islands. Pictures in the brochure are very inaccurate they show a bridge over the pool but this bridge hasn't been there for quite a while now. Also advertised a children's playground with pirate ship. But my 3 year old couldn't use the pirate ship as it's only for the mini club but she's to young for this. So we was pointed to the playground around the corner from the hotel. If it was in the UK it would be deemed a health and safety risk and probably condemned.

  Food was typical buffet style all inclusive but well below standard and never hot to be fair I'd say usually cold.

  The hotel was great with a lovely man made waterfall on the descent to the beach just minutes away. The staff were generally friendly and helped arrange a fabulous free speed boat excursion.
